Universal Harmony Part 3

As promised Part 3 of Universal Harmony, a lengthy thesis, written in the later 1940’s, in a period of Nationally crisis, which comes close to today, I will condensed slightly for you. This is subject of Universal was considered extremely important then and it is today in my opinion.

God is Love, an attribute of harmony; and God in a group would certainly not allow anything less than harmony in that group. This is the reason we gather with people of like mind, whether in person or in mind at a set time.

This is a beautiful and powerful week end to join together to focus on the Truth of God’s Universal Harmony. We can join together from wherever we are and know “there am I in the midst of them”, Matthew 18:20.

“There is a powerful synchronistic alignment occurring in the Heavens this weekend that will give ALL of us the opportunity to add greatly amplified frequencies of Light to whatever it is we are striving to co-create in our own life and the lives of Humanity. Through the weekend we will be blessed with the Snow Moon, a Lunar Eclipse and the New Year Comet.” reports Patricia Cota Robles.

Also during the powerful week is the call for all toners, it is the 15th Annual World Sound Healing Day will take place. “There are toning groups, concerts and many other activities that take place to bathe the Gaia Matrix—our beloved Mother Earth—with a sonic valentine to enhance our evolution.” reports P. Cota-Robles.

We have included these reports to emphasis the current application for group energy, with the same goal of Universal Harmony. There are people all over the world who continue to work and we can join them toward the success of Universal Harmony. We urge every to join in with their hearts and mind.

The person who practices the maintenance of harmony in their own life soon finds it much easier to establish harmony in ones contact with others. For, when the “me” of me is in perfect harmony with the “I” of me, one-half the battle is won, because I am not emanating an antagonistic attitude toward others (anyone).

Text: Universal Harmony is simple returning to the original Divine creation; “And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.”

Many thousands of years later, however, we here n Planet Earth have so effected the rhythmic economy and so disturbed the original perfect Plan that we stand in danger. While man has been so busily engaged in paying God the questionable compliment of creating a universe more to man’s liking, but less to his need, and attempted an improvement on perfection he has broken up the great Universal Harmony, and in its place has established an economy designed without  rhythm or reason.

This situation is not a new one. Lack of harmony existed thousands of years ago between Cain and Abel because of an absence of understanding. And I will add humility. Like Cain, we are impertinently asking, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” This attitude is the father of tolerance and enemy of understanding.

In Jesus’ first great sermon, which He preached in the hills north of Capernium to a widely varied congregation; “Therefore, all things whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do even to them…” The principle involved in this admonition did not fall on ears to which it was unfamiliar. For, regardless of the faith, world teachers have universally taught this principle, sometimes in spirit and again in words. We know it as part of the Golden Rule.

In general the application of the Golden Rule would solve most of the political problems of the world today, just as it would have centuries ago. Men disregard its simplicity and resort to force and hateful thinking, action etc.

We do not advocate, nor even suggest, that in this advanced and complicated society in our rapidly changing world, all the precepts practiced by Jesus would or could become adaptable to the great mass of humanity who live, as it were in each other’s back yard, with world communication and travel what they are today. The nature of man, however, has not changed. We merely know each other more intimately and dislike each other more cordially, maybe.

Note: Remember this text was written in the 1940’s. Interesting? Next week we shall attempt to finish this series with the help of our Vibrant Thoughts for this week we will prevail. God is; I am

“The Exercise” by Co-Founder Dr. D.J. Bussell

Dravidian Cross1  As promised this week we offer the words exactly the way they were presented by Dr. Bussell in his thesis “Universal Harmony.” It seems appropriate to note a little time line and back ground of our Dear Dr. Bussell before we present “The Exercise.”

Dr. Bussell was accomplished in his many accomplishments prior the becoming a Minister.  He was born in the late 1800’s in Kansas. He managed and owned several successful farms. With his keen interest in government he was active in State and National government issues as a corporate attorney. He was held is high regard by his piers as he worked his way through the business world including his work in National issues. This thesis was written in the vernacular commonly used by him. “The Exercise” show a small sample of the language usage.

Now for the exercise. First of all, establish the general location of the harmony center well enough in your mentality that you can instantly direct your thought thither. Now, think of the harmony tome at that point, thus picking up your own harmony tone; carry the thought to the top of the head, then direct it down the left side of the body, beginning with the left arm; send the thought out over the left shoulder, the upper arm, the elbow, the lower arm, the wrist, the hand the fingers and thumb of the left hand, leaving the tome there. Return to the harmony center, pick up the harmony tone, carry it to the top of the head, and this time think down through the left shoulder, through the torso, the small of the back, then out through the left hip, the thigh, the knee, the calf of the leg, the ankle, and the left foot, leaving the tone there. Returning again to the harmony center, follow the same procedure for the right side of the body. Then return once more to the harmony center, pick up the tone, carry it to the top of the head, and this time start down through the neck, following the spinal cord through the shoulders, the torso, the small of the back, and on through the tip of the spine; continue the thought tence up the from side of the body, through the pelvic region, the abdomen, the chest, lungs, and throat, through the cavities of the face, on up to the point of beginning at the top of the head.

We see that we have traversed all the great nerve trunks of the body, have visited all the ganglia and nerve centers, all the glands and cavities of the body. Then, while every nerve and nervelet is carrying this harmony to every cell of the body we fill our thoughts with the realization, “I am perfect harmony,” holding that thought for about a minute, to establish our own perfect harmony.

This, however, is only the beginning, – an important one, to be sure, but not entirely necessary to the pursuit of Universal Harmony. Never the less, harmony must come in the life of each individual; for Universal Harmony is not “I,” and it is not “you,” it is not “we.” To establish this type of harmony, at least two persons are required. Therefore this treatise being concerned chiefly with Universal Harmony this is extremely important.

Next week Part 3 of Universal Harmony, a lengthy thesis, written in the later 1940’s in a period of crisis Nationally, which will be condensed slightly by yours truly; Dr. Grace, student of Dr. Bussell sense before birth 1935.

Universal Harmony

Dravidian Cross1“And you will know the truth, and that very truth will make you free.”

Harmony is an attribute of ones character, which however desirable it my be, is not widely used or the simple truth of attaining it in ones life widely known. It is our intent to show the simple solution to the world wherever inharmony may be. And to bring the Truth that will make us all free of fear, or anything that is felt to be lacking in balance and harmony in our life and world.

Our first conclusion is that Harmony is not, nor can it be, in the singular. Harmony implies two or more things or persons to maintain it. One may, of course, establish harmony within his own self; this harmony is essential and can  ideally be realized by everyone.

Harmony may be divided into two classifications: the first is “self-harmony”; the second is “Universal Harmony.” One, however, never in no way interfere with the other; both are essential and may be maintained by the self same person.

Down through the ages is an old and well honored exercise by which one may establish his or her individual harmony. This exercise goes back to antiquity and has been used by persons the world over for centuries. The sequence of the exercise is vital to its true purpose and effect.

Among the many rare blessing, give all mankind with the first Sacred Breath, is a harmony center, rare to each individual.  It is a point in the body, which holds a vibration/tone. This remains in the same place and offers the same vibration/tone through ones entire cycle of life. Although the rest of ones body may lose it’s rhythm/vibration/tone and become out of harmony, this point never varies its tone etc. during this life cycle.

This point is directly behind the solar plexus, at a place in the spine close to the lower points of the should blades; it is however, not so much a physical location as a recognized reality when one directs their entire thought focus and intention to their Harmony Center. One may hear a note on the musical scale, or feel a vibration when their thought reaches the point of  harmony. This is very much the way the harmony tone operates. As one concentrates his or her thought on the physical location of the harmony center, one will naturally pick up the tone, his own tone; and by properly directing the thought one soon brings the entire physical body into perfect rapport with his own individual harmony. This harmony exercise may be done as often as desired. On completion of the exercise, the harmony will remain for a considerable space of time, unless disarranged by shock, pain or another great disturbing mind or physical interference.

As a child of seven or eight years of age, I attended, with my Dear Mother, an adult class at the Third Church of Chirothesia on Barendo just above Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Bussell was directing the exercise and I heard a distinct bell tone each time I returned, in mind, to my harmony center. At the conclusion of the entire guided meditation I was quietly feeling quite proud of my bell tone success. But then, oh no, Doctor told the entire class what had happened. I shrank down into my seat, embarrassed to be a child among all those adults, as he announced that I was the only one getting it right that eve. Thankfully my bell tone is still with me and has been amazing in this life time.

Direction of Thought (Part 3)

Meditation and or the Chirothesian Harmony exerciser is directing your thoughts and will require considerable practice before reaching the point of what is The Silence.  It must be understood that this instant of Silence is just that. This state of the Harmony exercise is often a stumbling block and discouraging point for many. It is necessary that we approach it with profound understanding, of its essence, for it is not an extended time, it is brief moment but profound beyond perhaps your present understanding.

It is recommended you may spend from a minute or two to half an hour in meditation, the shorter time to be recommended, as long periods of meditation invite self-hypnosis or encourage the mind to wander, both of which should be avoided. We recognize that some schools of meditation encourage long sessions. However, the Western mind, it has been proven, works on the briefer session. This is not to imply that anyone is right or wrong in their application.

In our practice when you accomplish and recognize that, at a certain stage of your meditation, your physical being will become permeated with your original thought force until you realize consciously that and the force of your thought are inseparably blended into one great rhythm of vibrating harmony.

As you pass from the Silence, to the Stillness, one of two things are sure to follow: Either you will be able to demonstrate your original thought or else you will receive impressions of a very high spiritual nature, which without question will be constructive and for your betterment or the betterment of All. Don’t try to force or concentrate upon your thoughts or the ether when it is already charged, for many times the bit of knowledge you receive in this way is far more than the goal you may originally attempted. Do not confuse this bit if instruction with that pertaining to the approach of the Silence of the Spheres. This is entirely a different Silence beyond our thought energy.

Having reached this point, you again approach a technical change, for if continued per se, you begin to radiate and send forth from your body vibrations in accord with the thought force you originally place in your super-conscious mind. Repeating that positive original thought with gratitude than begins setting the stage of life that is the natural unfolding to fill your life in God’s Divine Right Action, in accord with your original thought.

Realize always that you are not dealing with phenomena, this is a Natural Law in operation and that you are only putting yourself in harmony with it. Our scattered thoughts and fractured mind activity in our modern life often keeps us from the Truth That Sets Us Free. Happy journey of Learning to Direct your own Thoughts. (Comments and questions are welcome.)

Direction of Thought (Part 2)

Remember, The foundation in Thought Direction it is essentially brief, concise, complete and comprehensive, as we enter the Silence. Again, entering the Silence is done in an instant and it involves a very brief space of time as we know time.

Teachers sometimes do not give a clear direction concerning that brief space of Silence. Students either get discouraged or confused. By definition, Silence is that space where the mind is switching from the objective to the super-conscious. This is often the stumbling block for many and often discourages the student from reaching for the Silence. The time we are in the Silence is not a measurable time. Therefore, we want to make a clear point here…While spending a minute to a half hour in meditation, the shorter time is recommended, one never slips into self-hypnosis or mind wandering, and should always be avoided in meditation. The Silence, will seem to last no longer than an instant.

When your super-conscious mind becomes saturated with the essence of the Thought at hand, the subject of your meditation, and you know that you know its Truth, that is the instant of Silence. When you relax the conscious mind direction, you may miss the Silence entirely and have what is often experienced by many, that of all manner of thoughts and ideas, which may be foreign to you and the subject of your meditation. Meditation is directing your thoughts and will require considerable practice before reaching the point.

Do not give up. Like any thing we learn, learning to direct the mind takes practice. At a certain stage of your meditation, your physical being will be permeated with the Thought Force at hand until you realize consciously that the Force of the Thought is inseparably, blended into one great rhythm of vibrating harmony with YOU. Demonstration comes when this harmony is fully realized.  (to be continued)

Direction of Thought

Direction of Thought

Realizing that the finest equipment (your mind) is valueless unless applied intelligently for the purpose it was intended. Following is a brief instruction to get the most out of “Thoughts for each Day”.

Let us consider Meditation to be the door in the temple of highest thought each day. This door, within each of us, is the door to the Holy of Holies, designated often as “The Silence.”

It is suggested that one choose a regular time of day, if possible, for a short period of Meditation and Silence. It may be best to pick a time of quiet in your personal world, but it also has been found that your intention can very well quiet the surrounding conditions, whether physical or mental.

A positive attitude, intention, is essential as your first step, followed by a few deep breaths, Sacred breaths we call them. The entire process or exercise should be a brief, concise, complete and comprehensive thought, such as those provided in our Daily Thoughts. Planting the thought well into one’s objective mind, directing that mind toward its highest possible analysis is the next step. As this is received, absorb, with all it’s shades, until the super conscious mind is penetrated and no other thoughts float through. This is sometimes called “One mindedness”

Now we are ready to enter The Silence, which is brief , as it appears to be the space which lapses in consciousness while it is switching from the objective to the super conscious. Much like the space between anything living. Brief and powerful, but never extended, because we may tend to “imagine” not to know the Truth, our truth from our Meditation, regarding that particular Thought of the Day. Our Statement of Being is useful to reconnect to the Silence any time during ones busy day. (To be continued)
